Medalta Potteries manufactured products between 1916 and 1954 in Medicine Hat. This is a mid sized tan and brown jug with a handle, the Medalta Oxide stamp was incorrectly applied during manufacturing making it difficult to read or determine the age.

Vintage Singer Hand Crank Pinker
Vintage Singer Pinking tool. Pinking is a way to finish edges on fabric to limit the likelihood of the fabric fraying. This particular sewing tool dates back to the 1930’s however it is hard to determine the exact time this one was made. It has a bit of rust on the metal gears and cutter. The crank works and turns all the parts however the cutter is not sharp enough to pink fabric due to its age.

Jan Steen Dancing couple Large Tin Box
This tin was manufactured by Victoria Biscuit Company in Dordrecht Holland most likely in the 1960’s. The tin celebrates Dutch painter Jan Steen who was born in 1626 and died in 1679. The tin depicts Jan Steen’s painting “Dansend Paar” which translates to “Dancing Couple”.
