To our valued customers, donors, and volunteers;
With excitement in our hearts, we write to you again to let you know about our upcoming plans for re-opening. Before doing so, we would like to say THANK YOU to every one of our customers, donors, and volunteers for your tremendous support and encouragement over these past few months.
If you read our previous notice, you would have seen that all 52 of our store locations were closed in March due to the COVID-19 pandemic. While adhering to all federal and provincial guidelines, we are extremely excited to announce that some of our stores will now begin to open up, as it is safe to do so. We have been working hard to develop a re-opening strategy and solidify an action plan that will ensure the safety of all parties.
Store operations will vary by province. Some stores will open fully, while others remain completely closed. Some stores will operate with reduced hours, some will be open for donations only, and some will be open for online shopping/curbside pickup. A current list of store hours and donation hours can be found at the link below:
Your safety is extremely important to us. At store locations that are open, you can expect the following safety measures to be in place:
* at select retail locations
We are absolutely thrilled to receive your generous donations at our store locations that are open for processing. Due to high volumes of donations, we do expect there to be some delays. We thank you in advance for your patience and kindness as you drop off goods. For stores that remain closed, we ask that you do not leave donations at the back door during this time, but rather set aside your donations to bring in at a later date.
We love and appreciate all our customers, donors, and volunteers, and we cannot wait to re-open all of our locations so that we may build community and help you in all your shopping needs.
May God bless you richly as we work towards this new normal, together.
